Ads have always been the bane of most people's existence, but personally, I didn't really mind; some ads were catchy and sometimes entertaining to watch or listen to. I had never made an advertisement myself until I was in my advertising class. Of course, in keeping with my product(go to designs to see the logo), I made a simple makeup ad so if there were viewers, they wouldn't have their time wasted by a long ad. The creation of this video let me brush up on my video production skills and finally gave me the opportunity to have genuine control over what the final product was.

Filmmaking has always been a secret passion of mine. Ever since I was around 6 years old, I wanted to make videos of myself and become a vlogger like so many famous people I had seen online. I made countless videos on hand-me-down phones but never uploaded them out of fear that people would nitpick what I could've supposedly done wrong. While the role in filmmaking has changed for me, a little part of me still wanted attention. In my sophomore year of high school, I was finally allowed to do just that. I made moodboards for all the films I directed and even acted in a few. While I had ended up deleting most of the films I made that year out of self-criticism, this one managed to survive that, and I couldn't be more glad that it did.
